Amici,
I came across a Ford 8" axle already set up for a TR4. With the mini spool
it's going to act like a welded diff.
NFI for me, just passing it along. If anybody's interested just say so and
I'll make the introductions.
The axle is in Grayslake, IL.
jim g
If you know of anyone interested in the ford rear end - I'm ready to send it
on its way.
For the ford - it's the 8" - has 3.79 gears installed. Also have a set of
3.55s (probably to high of a ratio to be terribly useful). Measures 49.5 hub
to hub and has mounts to match the TR4 leaf springs.
I think $450 for a triumph racer is a decent price. Oh, it also has a mini
spool installed.
