[Fot] Low oil pressure after rebuild

I've had that several times and most cases it is just a piece of junk under
ball of the relief valve.  I have found a hair from a cleaning brush there
a few times. One hair is enough to do it. Pieces of cleaning rags and old
gasket material are the next candidates.
