I came across an engine (and transmission) on EBay that is from a 1967 Mk3. The auction ended soon after I came upon it. Block number is: FE 14320 E EBay item is (it is still viewable): 170786971933 Item location: Birdsboro Pa which is South-East of Reading, PA Starting bid was $80 I contacted the seller, he has already sold the dual carb intake manifold. I told him of the thrust washer concern. He can be contacted at: tom kelly [tommmmmy@netzero.net] I have no interest other than saving it from the scrap-yard! Clark Clark W.
