I stumbled a lot in the turns with my HS6s. Re-oriented the float bowl tops and
floats from side to side to front to back using MGB lids and it solved the
problem.

For those in the USA, you might check with Moss Motors. Their rep mentioned
at TRfest that they had to use the larger float valve to get adequate fuel
flow for the TR4 blower setup. That may mean they have the valves available
for sale separately as well.
