The new Vintage Race Rules forum is open and in the testing stages. We have
signed over 150 users in the first few days and have some interesting
dialogue going.

The associated website is still under construction and should be on-line
shortly. It will offer a lot of resources about period rules and regulations,
among other things.
When you sign in, we need you to put enough info in your profile so that we
can screen applicants, to avoid letting spammers in.
