> If you do get a catalog, hang onto it as Charlton Heston said
Gee, Justin, I wish you'd said something sooner! I actually threw away my
last paper catalog from them and asked them NOT to send any more; as their
on-line catalog works so much better for me. About the only things I can't
do with the on-line version are carry it into the bathroom and write on it;
which is more than compensated for by being able to "point and grunt" at
anything I want to buy with the on-line version. It also supports "wish
lists" in the form of unplaced orders, which can be recalled any time,
edited, etc.
BTW, the SFS will-call center is open on Saturdays, but it turns out that
you have to phone in your order if you want to pick it up on Saturday.
On-line orders don't get processed until the next 'business' day. But there
is a phone & catalog at the will-call counter, so you can place the order
right there if you wish.
Generally, you can find lower prices somewhere else. But I find myself
using MMC more and more, because it's so easy and fast.
