[Fot] Do we have a member in Dallas / Ft Worth?

I may need some help from a fellow FOT with regard to a soft top I purchased
on ebay that is suddenly (after purchase) being described as coming with the
frame (which I very much do not need). The vendor is not willing to only
send the soft top and is trying to hit me for $150 to ship the whole mess...
