Something similar must be going on at the Glen. I went up there to help my
boy with his TR-7. We pulled in and every paddock spot was jammed full.
Beside the paddock is a wide open field. We were told that we could stay there
as
long as we didn't work on the car -- no oil changes, tire changes, etc., etc.
Fortunately, I found someone who wanted to sell his garage space, and bought
it. This turned out to be a plus with light, shelter, and power. Two fan
belts had ripped off of my van. Along with working on the TR-7, we were able t
o
finally replace the belts, with massive parts store searches.
That wide open field never was used.
