[Fot] Liner protusion

Thanks for all of input and individual help from a number of people.  After
following the correct procedure and re-measuring 4 different ways I have what
I think to be 0.003 to 0.005 protrusion, should be good with a composite head
gasket.  Learned a lot.  Thanks again to all who helped.
