[Fot] TR3 oil cooler hoses??

Is it possible to install the oil cooler lines to the filter adaptor plate with 
the motor in the car?
It looks like there isn't room to get a wrench onto the front fitting.  If so 
it's a 1/4 turn at a time situation (with oily hands!).
