Which vintage race groups allow rear discs on a Spitfire?

The guy I bought it from owned a racing supply business and put over 25k
into the car and only ran it a few times. The car has been totally race
prepared with a brand new 1147 race motor built by Acme Racing of
Spartanburg NC, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt rear end, everything including
lug bolts and studs have been rebuilt. The car has Mark Williams axels,
modified carbs and Electromotive crank trigger ignition.
Gary Johnson of E. TN Race Prep did the final assembly...including front
coil over's, new front and rear disc brakes, Electromotive crank trigger
ignition and more.
