Does anyone happen to have a "Spare" sealing block for a 6 cylinder engine. This is the part at the bottom front of the block that both the oil pan and the timin chain cover screw into. Made of aluminum and fine threads -- pretty well ruined mine. Also, some time ago there was a thread about someone perhaps making this part out of steel. This part is non-obtainium from the big 3. Perhaps Ted S or some other company that does tear downs of rusted hulks might have one? thanks -- Chuck Arnold |
