    My thoughts exactly.  If we can keep the "bad apples" (as you put
it), in line, or out of the picture, there will probably be no need
for more rules, crackdowns at tech etc.  My guess is the people that
have the "win at any cost" mentality, are also the ones with the most
illegal cars .....
