Technically I guess the car is in Kas' book....check out the front cover of
the TPH you'll see the car where Kas' left hand is.

I've no idea. The eBay ad claims the car is featured in Kas' Triumph
Preparation. But the only similar car I see in there is Paul Smock's, and
I'm pretty sure it's not for sale. Nor in Malibu.
