I think that most of the team managers know that it is one thing to tell
the drivers to slow sown in the corner and quite another to expect them
to actually do it. In the heart of competition, it is very easy to
throw caution out the window and put the pedal to the metal.

The funny thing is, there are engine manufactorers, sponsors an lots of
people.
They all didn't gave away some championship points, they trew away
millions of dollars of reputation.
On the other hand, is a driver unable to handle a car that has a week
point?
Slowing down 5mph or 10mph wouldn't be a problem for a good driver. As a
TR driver I can say it is hard to keep my engine below 18500 revs but I
do to keep the engine running.
