Charly and FOT,
I am trying to get back into production. I have a set of new,
additional TR6-type gasket molds being held captive by a CNC machinist
that has been going through some sort of personal crisis over the last
year, including the closing down and auctioning off his CNC Machine
shop. I've just had a hell of time getting him to complete the molds.
I have a recent promise of their delivery, but it won't be the first
time that he's made such a promise. I'm crossing my fingers.
In the meantime, I am working to try go "gear up" for getting back into
production by stocking up on materials, directions, packaging, etc.
The other cause of the gaskets to be put on hold over the last year was
the unexpected passing of my mother, one year ago April and all the time
and labor involved in dealing with her estate, selling my childhood
home, etc. It is time to get back in the saddle.
Charly, unfortunately, I won't have a gasket ready for you in time for
your race. I will let the FOT know when I'm back in action.
