I had a water pump pulley made using a crank pulley and the water pump pulley
hub. The machinist told me that he couldn't weld anything because of the
casting. He connected the two using several bolts. I never did get around to
trying it out, since I am now installing the narrow belt harmonic damper.

My harmonic damper crankshaft pulley is slightly smaller.

How did you get your cross flow radiator? Did you have a radiator shop
replace the existing core using the rest of the radiator, so that you would
have
the same mountings and the goose neck coming out from under the front clip?
