Nomex underwear sizing

With all the discussion Little E's fire brought about I have decided to buy
Nomex underwear. I have always just stuck with a t-shirt and cotton shorts
under my 2 layer suit. The long johns seem to come in sizes only up to XL,
which leads me to wonder about fit and comfort and if they should be worn
loose or tight.
