Machine Shop Recommendation needed

Anyone have a recommendation for a machine shop within a reasonable distance
of Bloomington Illinois or Decatur Illinois.  I'd prefer someone who has
done race motors before...but a decent shop with reasonable rates would also
work to get me on track again this year.
