Repairing or Creating Chrome Stems: Article Update

I have corrected a snafu in the article which was brought to my 
attention where I wrote "diameter" instead of "circumference" in a 
section of the article about repairing or creating chrome on the lucas 
turn signal and light switch stems.  The updated version is on the web 
site for download.

I don't know what I was thinking when I made the blunder! 

The updated version is much more clear in that section.
