TR3/4 intake manifold flange

Does anyone make a TR3/4 intake manifold flange or know where I can get one,
without commissioning a shop to create a one-off.  I'm looking at
fabricating a custom intake manifold and it would definitely save some time
to be able to buy a flange, rather than make one.  

Steel would be preferred, since it'll be easier to fabricate (weld-up) the
rest of it.

Anyone?
