"What's New"

I added a simple "Whats New"  on the home page.

 I'll add  fot user-friendly and pertinent information.

Submissions for " Whats new"  should be limited to facts  i.e. "dragnet" style
short and to the point.   I will try to update this as often as I can.  I will
likely leave "whats new" for one Month then delete.
