Canadian Shell 4000 of the 60s

There were 3 Kastner rallye prepared TR4s in the Shell 4000. I believe the year 
was 1964. One of our FOT ran this rallye in a Renault  (Don Elliott) 

In preparation for Mosport in June, I would like to know the best sources of 
information on the Shell 4000 Rallye, especially when the TR4s ran.

There may be an opportunity to commemorate this important and exciting Canadian 
Event during the Festival Weekend.
