Last night on TV they were unveiling the latest hi-tech weaponry that the 
U.S has developed. It's weaponry that does not kill but rather disables, 
either people or things.

One of the weapons is something carried by an airplane that beams some kind 
of electonic waves at target areas and completely disables anything powered 
by electricity.............
