Tom,
I had the same problem with my TR4A before I had it restored in 1992. Even a
professional garage couldn't get it loose with penetrating oil. What I did
was thoroughly soak some rag in the penetrating oil and I left it on there
for about a week. When I tried again the wheel finally came loose . . . with
a bit of struggle I might add.
