Tourque specs for wishbone to Trunion

List I purchased new trunions from TRF and they came with Nylock nuts and
are not drilled for the cotter pin. Does anyone know what to tourque them
to? The manual I have says to tighten them till they feel solid and then
back the nuts off till the cotter pin hole lines up with the opening in t=
he
