Jeff, earlier this year I had a radiator made for my TR3, but with out
the filler neck (in other words a TR4 radiator). They made it in 3 to
4 days and it was $390. It came out beautiful! It was made by
McCollloch Fabricating, 2831 McCulloch Rd, Beaverton, MI 48612,
989-435-4132 or toll free 1-866-ALUMRAD. Fax 989-435-4588 or email at
mcculloch@alumrad.com or bmcc@ejourney.com. Their web site is
www.alumrad.com .

I delt with Bryan there, and he was going to hold onto the print that
I gave, so that they could make more if needed. You could also send
them a TR3 rad. and they could copy it to get the filler neck on
there. I had only one problem that they corrected. The top hose
connection was off by about an inch from my drawing. I sent it back
and they rewelded it in the right spot. Their work was excellent and
all welds very clean. The hose connections are also a minor issue.
The TR ones are 1 3/8 inch OD, but McCullough did not have those
available. They used 1 1/4 on mine, in retrospect it would have been
better to use 1 1/2 and force the hoses on, rather than trying to
clamp them tightly onto the smaller pipe.

I have had the radiator in for 4 races so far this year, and it has
been trouble free.

Jeff, what are you using for oil coolers? I am using 2, one at each
side of the radiator. This past weekend, my oil temp was running at
about 185 deg F in the pan. On hotter days it will get to 200-210.
