Friends,
I have a high speed vibration I'd like to cure with my 1962 TR4. It has the
later upper control arms completewith a set of off-set steel bushings to
improve camber. The trunnions are a little loose, and since I'm going to
replace them, I can't help but wonder what differences exist between the
TR3/4, and later TR4 trunnion, and if the later TR4A/TR6 trunnion retains the
same geometry and threads. The car currently has a left and right trunnion, 5L
02218L, and 5L 02202R, part numbers which I can't find in a catalog.
This car handles well. I don't want to screw it up with the wrong parts. Any
ideas?
