What I did was go to my local speed shop that deals with "Funny-cars" and
other dragsters and asked them what they used..
I bought "off the shelf" super-HARD and NOT aircraft bolts- they are good
for most everything else but, not flywheels. Specialty fasteners in Azusa
or Irwindale sells these special flywheel bolts with extra large heads and
small shoulders to fit.
They are cheap..about $.75 each. I just had to cut off a small amount of
the threaded end to work. Problem could be that these are 7/16" bolts (my
crankshaft has been drilled and tapped to this size...).
