Bill Clark's whereabouts

I am trying to help the current owner of one of
the LeMans TRS cars (#59  928HP) who would
like to get in contact with Bill Clark (former
owner of the TRS car that Charles Runyan owns).

If anyone knows of Bill Clark's current
address/phone...or any other TRS owners or anyone
that might be able to help with some technical
insights regarding the engine, please
