I have GCR's back to 1974. I'm sure someone on the list will have them
back before that. If so, perhaps we can get them archived by year and make
copies available to those who need them. What do others think?

That's a topic I've been wondering about as well with regard to my '71
GT6 project. Looking at information from Midwest Council, SVRA and
VSCDA hasn't really cleared up the picture for me. They all recite a
standard similar to "what was legal at the time." What was legal, for
me, at the time was attending second grade. Are back editions of the
GCRs available?
