My big toe - non LBC

Just a brief post to all those kind people who have written to express their 
concern over
my big toe and to wish me well. Your kind words have been most gratefully 
appreciated -
and yes, I'm still driving a manual shift in spite of the clutch foot being 
semi out of
action. It all helps to brighten an otherwise dull day and has allowed me to 
practise
clutchless and silent gearchanges as a result.
