Distributing information

One of the reasons for developing the www.fot-racing.com  page was to
distribute photos and make each member more "human" vs. some name on an
email list.  On this same slant -distributing tech info is just an offshoot
for other TR people who may not be on the list....

What say the masses?  Should I try to develop a FAQ section? with
responses/answers from the pro?
