Funny thing about hangovers. From the MD perspective--Ethanol is a great
source for drying things ..like hearts, livers and brains. Cardilogoists
tell you that alcohol mitigates against coronary artery thrombosis -yet
makes the heart pump poorly, Pathologists like alcoholics because it offers
them lots of buisiness for a whole host of reasons. Morticians love
alcoholics because they have typically already pickled there brains, hearts
and livers -(have to use less formalin when embalming (saves some $)).
The contanminants withing some alcohols especially cheaper gins -insoluble
fusil oils are truly headache provoking. The witches brew mentioned is good
as any but, drink lots of water, Aspirin, and call me only when better.
