Gear box. As memory serves, it was TR6 racer Dennis Wilson's Dad
who built the rig.
The standard OD pressure test gauge would show if the
unit was pumping pressure, and would show the quick drop if the
valve were properly adjusted and operated.
As the oil pump is driven at the speed of the output shaft,
top gear should be used.
