Triumph racer in Waco

Hi all!

I found out yesterday that apparently there is a guy racing Triumphs in
Waco, Texas.  Does the name Jim Kipler (Kempler, something similar -- I
can't remember a name to save my sordid little life) sound familiar to
anyone?
