[Roadsters] Installing trunk handle trim

The PO of my 68 roadster removed the trunk handle trim piece, welded up the
mounting holes and repainted.  I have the trim piece and want (after 25
years) to replace it, but I don't know exactly where and at what angle to
drill the holes.  Any advice or pictures would be appreciated.
