It's from a company that does mostly VW high performance stuff.  They  have 
both 3.5 and 5.5 PSI units. I use the 5.5 PSI unit back by the fuel tank  
and a regulator set to 3.5 PSI in the engine bay. I am running dual 40 DCOE  
carbs on my stroked early 1600 and this set up feeds them all they want.
