Awhile back I shipped a Roadster hardtop from eastern Washington state to
Northern California via Greyhound. It was boxed and labeled inside and out.
When it didn't arrive, I filed a claim. They required 30 days before I could
get insurance to cover value. 29 days after my claim, it showed up at the
correct terminal. I was amazed that that large box was tripped over and in
the way somewhere without causing someone to direct it to the proper place.
I've shipped by bus since without problems. Some times it's the only
reasonable way to ship those large items.
