I've just ordered some all metal links from Pierce Manifolds. (No
caramelizing of plastic socket ends)
The socket ends will accept the 5/16" balls on our carbs and the center
adjustment screw will need to get shortened a little bit.
http://www.piercemanifolds.com/product_p/75500.070.htm. I also ordered some
return springs as well.

Also I really didn't want folks to break up working or complete sets.

Thank you for the several offers I received, the Roadster Ring is working
great!

Subject: [Roadsters] Still looking for Throttle Linkage parts. (2000 solex
or 1600/1500)

I've been told the 1600 or 1500 SU linkages (drag links?) will work.
I have a spare set of 2000 SU's that were shoe-horned onto a wildly ported
1600 manifold w/isolators. These links are too long.
If I get desperate enough, I may have to put them on and save some gas too.
But who really wants track-able & tame street type throttle response when
you can have hit me over the head with on/off power?

The remainder broken piece can be seen here:

The socket end I took off the car last night was a little caramelized. I
guess I delayed getting the heat shield installed, just a little too long.
(over the center cylinders)

So if you know where/who I can get some linkages for, please advise me.

Thank you,
