Lockhart, Texas is just 30 minutes South of Austin and has been
certified as the BBQ capitol of Texas. Seriously, this town of 12,000
has 4 really great BBQ joints, and many others also. On the, food
channel, I think, there was a BBQ tour of the US. They visited Bryant's,
and at least one other in the city. They visited 3 of the best in
Lockhart, not even mentioning the one I like best!
