Back by nr 3, is that an area of the head that contains any oil passages?
Only thing
I can think of is not good....a weird crack in the head that allows oil to
pass from a gallery to the vicinity of
the spark plug hole.
My trouble shooting idea: Take an electric drill thru the distributor hole
to the oil pump drive and remove nr 3 spark plug.
Turn the oil pump with the spark plug removed and maybe you can get a better
idea of where the oil is coming from.
If its not too bad and is not near any stressed areas of the head, maybe some
delicate aluminum welding can fix it.
Just my rough idea of a method....happy to hear why this will or will not
work.
