Looks like another obstuction for fire/rescue teams...
like those popup roll bars which may not have activated,
airbags which deploy while the emt is trying to attend to the injured,
hybrid cars which you can't hear whether they are running or not and massive 
amounts of voltage stored in the trunk somewhere...
