I just want to say that I think Gary handled this very nicely, instead of
flaming the "other guy". It would be nice if the "other guy", who I would
imagine is a Roadster person, would create his own documentation instead of
copying the efforts of Gary... documents that take time, effort and thought to
get right. My friend Bill Beaubier and I did our own electronic dizzy back in
1988 after seeing one at Shasta done by a guy from the Napa Valley, and we
always tried to give him credit even though I couldn't remember his name
(thus, "the guy from Napa Valley"). Competition and free market is part of
the American way, but so is respect for the efforts of others... at least I
would hope so. Just my 2 cents...

I bought one of the?distributor from the "other guy", and it works GREAT!?He
may not be able to spell?as well as others, but he sure knows how to build a
stealth electronic distributor.?

It looks completely stock and my 67.5 2000 has never run better.

Hi roadster fans,
I just want to inform everyone that there are 2 EI
distributors on Ebay
right now. One is mine, which I put up for auction
last night, and
coincidentally there is another one put up a few
minutes later that has
a description that has been essentially copied either
from one of my
previous auctions or from one of the website
descriptions of my EI
distributor. I don't have a patent on this EI
distributor conversion
but the other guy's distributor is a very different
distributor from an
earlier Nissan A series engine. His might work great,
but I don't want
anyone to think it's mine. I've never advertised my
very few Bay
auctions for my EI distributor on this list. The one
I have up now on
Ebay is a very nice one, suitable for a show car, with
mostly new parts.
It's Ebay item # 280144811335

The other one is item # 280144962163

I would have been OK with this if the guy hadn't used
most of my
description. The guy can't even spell the words
"Electronic
Distributor" in his item description.

You be the judge.

Thanks,
Gary Boone
