The change was made in 1970 for the 240Z. ALL my high windshield roadsters
had the nad throttle tooo.. Apparently DOT rules were stringer, and since
there was no way to "shut off" the throttle by pushing onte brakes, Nissan
had to remove them.

My '68 (and "earlier" '69) Roadster has a functional hand throttle
installed.
