Car ownership

                         In Canada a new law since 2005?? I think, you now 
must have a appraisal done, basket case,parts car, project or finished car 
before you can put it into your name. The goverment thinks to many barn 
finds at $200.00 have been going through the books & they are not getting 
their fair share of the tax!!!! So the trend seems to be to dismantle it & 
make it look as rough as possible then call the appraiser.
