Next question - reference book

Thanks for all the comments on restoration, good arguments for and
against. Thanks to you all my decision is now clear as mud...but I'll
deal with that later.

In the meantime, I'm fortunate to have a correct service manual for my
2000 but it doesn't cover a lot of the basic info on fit and trim
parts, or even dash and heater controls.

Any suggestions for a reference book that will help me get the beast
back together (once I decide how far apart it gets)?
