A "key" question
I picked up a blank ignition key from Rallye Enterprises a while back. When I
got round to getting it cut, I found the grooves all matched, the "stop" notch
was in the correct place, and the space to cut the "toothy" part was adequate.
But despite all these good things, the overall length of the key came up 3/16"
short, the locksmith couldn't say whether the key would work or not, being
short and all.
Anyone advice? My car's a '68, 1600. The key blank appears authentic Nissan,

Thanks!
