Hi Everyone,
Napa Auto Parts was able to machine the surface flat where the manifold and
banjo bolt washers seal. I torqued the the banjo bolts at about 16 ft pounds
and now they are holding with no leaks.

Well ... I installed my manifolds with the washers and banjo bolts. They linked
where the manifold meets the caliper. The surface on the volvo calipers are not
flat so I took them to Napa Auto Parts machine shop in Vacaville to see if they
can machine the surface flat.
Do anyone have advice on this problem?
