I suspect it is 1/8 BSPT like the hole in the U-20. I already had a couple
of 1/8 NPT tapes but couldn't get in and turn it.
AutoMeter has BSPT adapters, but then I found a set of Equss adapters that
included the correct piece at a local auto supply, and then another Equss
adapter set for water temp senders at a second auto supply. Both sets were
around $8.00 each. Add teflon tape and you're good to go.
